To lessen the workload of our client’s, GRE manages the entirety of the transaction and strategically positions itself to work with all parties such as attorneys, brokers, lenders, third party vendors, and internal personnel.
Based on our client’s preference for involvement, each deal structure is designed individually to provide internal updates and progress reports according to those communication parameters.
