TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

 From accepted offer to the closing table, Garito Real Estate (GRE) oversees and manages the day-to-day process of acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances for clients. 

• To lessen the workload of our client’s, GRE manages the entirety of the transaction and strategically positions itself to work with all parties such as attorneys, brokers, lenders, third party vendors, and internal personnel. 
• Based on our client’s preference for involvement, each deal structure is designed individually to provide internal updates and progress reports according to those communication parameters.   
• We work hand in hand with our client’s asset management team to ensure a seamless transition from the closing table to their portfolio.
